Feedback - This course addressed the lack of education about OSHA regulations that I was looking for. Ms. Heyward was excellent at understanding what I was looking for, helping to find a solution to the problem, and creating a simple to use and proctor course that will be able to educate my student but not bore them. I am very familiar with PowerPoint and was relieved when she said she could make the course in it! I am very grateful for her.
The concepts taught in the module are exactly what my previous medical assistant students expressed that they didn’t know or didn’t remember. It is critical that the students understand the regulations they should follow before they enter the lab as those good practices will follow them to their externships and even their eventual careers where they will be responsible for their patients’ health and well-being.
